WHAT IS CELLULITE

STEP BY STEP
BAM PERFECT SILHOUETTE Treatment

1. A manual evaluation of the cellulite condition is carried out.

2. The area being treated with the BAM PERFECT SILHOUETTE device is cleansed thoroughly with an appropriate product.

3. Ultra sound wave mode: a special conductive product is applied on the area. The ultrasound probe is passed gently with a circular motion over the area for a predetermined period. The waves produced by the ultrasound penetrate the tissue, reaching the fat area and making each cell oscillate at three million times a second. This rapid cell movement causes an energic micro-massage which allows the cells to release their calcified fat deposits by liquifying them.

4. Apply an ampoule of a specific anti-cellulite activating product and massage until it completely penetrates.

5. Biogel, a special protective and conductive gel is applied to the area with a spatula before the electrosculpture treatment.

6. The whole body is wrapped in a special body suit and the electrodes are connected to the blue conductive strips. The Electrosculpture treatment will normalize the body's water balance, increasing the circulatory rhythms and toning sagging tissue and muscles.

7. The treatment finishes with the use of a super moisturizing and anti cellulite product.

WHAT IS CELLULITE

A woman's hips and thights present a specific subcutaneous tissue. This "reserve tissue" determines the abdominal and pelvic morphology of the woman, and is thus a secondary sexual characteristic, as are the breasts. This richly vascularised subcutaneous tissue is composed of adipocytes (fat cells) surrounded by a collagen network. Some of these cells begin to store lipids (fats) at the beginning of adolescence, and their number will increase with age. The overall development of this tissue depends upon a group of factors: heredity, eating habits, stress, blood circulation, and hormones; hypersecretion (high levels) of or hypersensitivity to eostrogens can cause fluid retention in this tissue. During a woman's lifetime this tissue changes with the various stages, and she reacts to these changes in different ways depending upon her socioeconomic level and upon the era in which she lives. At the beginning of adolscence the fat cells in this tissue fill up with fats, creating the typical "curves" of the feminine body (not always agreeable). This increase in volume compresses the surrounding blood vessels as time passes, provoking circulatory problems (venous stasis) and oedema.
